The Austria–Uzbekistan Society is a non-profit organisation based in Innsbruck dedicated to strengthening cultural, social, scientific and economic relations between Austria and Uzbekistan. The organisation promotes dialogue and mutual understanding through educational programmes, conferences, cultural initiatives and exchange activities between institutions and communities in both countries. It actively supports cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, sustainable development and innovation. Through partnerships with universities, public institutions, businesses and international organisations, the Austria–Uzbekistan Society contributes to long-term cooperation and knowledge exchange between Europe and Central Asia. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the organisation plays a key role in fostering bilateral cooperation, academic exchange and cross-regional partnership development.

The Farmers Council also contributes to Public Private Dialogue processes and sectoral reforms, aiming to improve the regulatory environment and strengthen the competitiveness of Uzbek agriculture. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the Farmers Council is a key partner in project development, agricultural innovation, training initiatives and policy-oriented cooperation in the agri-sector.

Its work includes promoting innovation in farming, improving resource efficiency and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technologies within the agricultural sector. By linking practical agricultural needs with research, data and innovation, the Centre contributes to increased productivity, sustainability and the modernisation of Uzbekistan’s agri-sector. Working closely with national institutions and international partners, the Centre is actively involved in project development, capacity building and the implementation of development initiatives. The Suvchi Association for Sustainable Use of Water Resources in Uzbekistan is a non-governmental, non-commercial organisation registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Association focuses on the sustainable management and protection of water resources, supporting public institutions, experts and local stakeholders in improving water use practices and environmental awareness. Its core activities include capacity building, training of water management specialists, organisation of conferences and seminars, and the development of knowledge and information systems related to water governance and environmental sustainability. The organisation plays an important role in linking local water users, institutions and experts, contributing to improved resource efficiency, environmental protection and public engagement. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the Suvchi Association is a key implementation partner in water governance, Public Private Dialogue (PPD) and community-based development initiatives, including the EU-funded Engage H2O project.

The Uzbekistan Amateur Filmmakers Association (UAFMA) is a re-established non-governmental organisation with historical roots dating back to the late Soviet period. It builds on a strong tradition of amateur filmmaking that once connected hundreds of local film studios and creative communities across Uzbekistan. Today, UAFMA is evolving into a dynamic platform for independent filmmakers, creative expression and visual storytelling. The organisation supports emerging creators—particularly young filmmakers—through training programmes, workshops, mentorship and collaborative production formats. UAFMA promotes accessible and innovative filmmaking, including mobile and digital formats, encouraging storytelling that reflects local experiences, social realities and cultural diversity. The Association also works to build partnerships with cultural institutions, educational organisations and international partners, expanding opportunities for filmmakers and strengthening the creative ecosystem. Within the CEE CA SEC network, UAFMA plays a key role in documentary film production, strategic communication and participatory media initiatives, including projects such as Engage H2O.
