The European Business Association (EBA) Georgia is a leading business membership organisation representing international and local companies in Georgia. It promotes a transparent, competitive and investment-friendly business environment through advocacy, policy dialogue and support to private sector development. EBA Georgia works closely with government institutions, international partners and the business community to strengthen economic reforms, improve regulatory frameworks and facilitate trade and investment. Within the CEE CA SEC network, EBA Georgia contributes to regional cooperation, business dialogue and the development of cross-border economic initiatives.

Sahel Tirol is an Austrian non-profit organisation dedicated to development cooperation and humanitarian support in the Sahel region of Africa. The organisation focuses on education, community development and sustainable livelihoods, working closely with local partners to improve living conditions and strengthen resilience in vulnerable communities. Through its initiatives, Sahel Tirol promotes intercultural exchange, solidarity and long-term partnerships between Europe and the Global South. Within the CEE CA SEC network, Sahel Tirol contributes to Global South cooperation, social development initiatives and cross-regional knowledge exchange.

The Austria–Uzbekistan Society is a non-profit organisation based in Innsbruck dedicated to strengthening cultural, social, scientific and economic relations between Austria and Uzbekistan. The organisation promotes dialogue and mutual understanding through educational programmes, conferences, cultural initiatives and exchange activities between institutions and communities in both countries. It actively supports cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, sustainable development and innovation. Through partnerships with universities, public institutions, businesses and international organisations, the Austria–Uzbekistan Society contributes to long-term cooperation and knowledge exchange between Europe and Central Asia. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the organisation plays a key role in fostering bilateral cooperation, academic exchange and cross-regional partnership development.

The Farmers Council of Uzbekistan is a national representative body supporting farmers, agricultural enterprises and rural development across Uzbekistan. It plays a key role in strengthening the agricultural sector through policy dialogue, capacity building and institutional support. The organisation works closely with government institutions, international partners and regional stakeholders to promote agricultural modernisation, improve productivity and support sustainable rural development. Its activities include training programmes, advisory services, development of value chains and support for export-oriented agriculture. The Farmers Council also contributes to Public Private Dialogue processes and sectoral reforms, aiming to improve the regulatory environment and strengthen the competitiveness of Uzbek agriculture. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the Farmers Council is a key partner in project development, agricultural innovation, training initiatives and policy-oriented cooperation in the agri-sector.

The Center of Agro Information and Innovation of Uzbekistan is a specialised NGO affiliated with the Farmers Council of Uzbekistan, focusing on the development and dissemination of agricultural knowledge, innovation and information systems. The Centre supports farmers, agricultural enterprises and institutions through training, advisory services and the introduction of modern agricultural practices. Its work includes promoting innovation in farming, improving resource efficiency and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technologies within the agricultural sector. By linking practical agricultural needs with research, data and innovation, the Centre contributes to increased productivity, sustainability and the modernisation of Uzbekistan’s agri-sector. Working closely with national institutions and international partners, the Centre is actively involved in project development, capacity building and the implementation of development initiatives. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the Centre is a key operational partner in agricultural innovation, training systems, project implementation and knowledge-based development.

The Suvchi Association for Sustainable Use of Water Resources in Uzbekistan is a non-governmental, non-commercial organisation registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Association focuses on the sustainable management and protection of water resources, supporting public institutions, experts and local stakeholders in improving water use practices and environmental awareness. Its core activities include capacity building, training of water management specialists, organisation of conferences and seminars, and the development of knowledge and information systems related to water governance and environmental sustainability. The organisation plays an important role in linking local water users, institutions and experts, contributing to improved resource efficiency, environmental protection and public engagement. Within the CEE CA SEC network, the Suvchi Association is a key implementation partner in water governance, Public Private Dialogue (PPD) and community-based development initiatives, including the EU-funded Engage H2O project.

The Uzbekistan Amateur Filmmakers Association (UAFMA) is a re-established non-governmental organisation with historical roots dating back to the late Soviet period. It builds on a strong tradition of amateur filmmaking that once connected hundreds of local film studios and creative communities across Uzbekistan. Today, UAFMA is evolving into a dynamic platform for independent filmmakers, creative expression and visual storytelling. The organisation supports emerging creators—particularly young filmmakers—through training programmes, workshops, mentorship and collaborative production formats. UAFMA promotes accessible and innovative filmmaking, including mobile and digital formats, encouraging storytelling that reflects local experiences, social realities and cultural diversity. The Association also works to build partnerships with cultural institutions, educational organisations and international partners, expanding opportunities for filmmakers and strengthening the creative ecosystem. Within the CEE CA SEC network, UAFMA plays a key role in documentary film production, strategic communication and participatory media initiatives, including projects such as Engage H2O.
